Quantity Surveyor - Immediate Start (3-Month Contract) Cardiff | High-Rise New Build Project | £400 per day | Weekly Pay | Full-Time | Site-Based | Immediate Start

A leading UK construction and property services provider is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team immediately for an exciting high-rise residential project in Cardiff. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a fast-paced project and make an immediate impact during a key phase of delivery.

Role Overview:

You'll take ownership of commercial duties on site, supporting subcontractor management, valuations, and cost reporting while ensuring financial targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
2. Oversee cost tracking and budgeting
3. Liaise with subcontractors and manage payments
4. Support month-end reporting and financial forecasts
5. Ensure compliance with contract terms (NEC/JCT)

Requirements:

• Strong background as a Quantity Surveyor in new build or high-rise residential construction
• Solid understanding of NEC or JCT contract frameworks
• Detail-oriented with strong commercial acumen
• Immediately available and able to commit to a 3-month contract
• Cardiff-based or able to commute daily
• CSCS card

Contract Details:

• 3-month contract
• £400 per day
• Immediate start
• Site-based in Cardiff
