Job description

We are looking for an IT project manager based in Stevenage to join our Inetum UK technologies team. You will focus on customer business information systems (IS) and data, assessing data sensitivity, and creating plans and work packages which you will drive to attain regulatory compliant status.

You'll have the following responsibilities

1. Working with the customer programme lead, (IS) information systems and Data owners you will identify information systems containing controlled data.
2. You will declare identified IS in an enterprise database via information capture templates for export control regulation compliance, user access, data shareability, security, and other relevant information.
3. You will work with the IS/data owners to compile and present regulatory evidence to internal assessors and export control officers for review and assessment.
4. Where an export control referential is not yet available, you will create a workaround workpackage to provide user access accreditation based on right-to-know according to the jurisdiction/regulation of contained controlled data.
5. A workstack backlog will be maintained and prioritized according to business roadmap and the quality of the IS enterprise database information.
6. You will facilitate local and cross-national workshops and provide regular updates.

You'll have the following skills & experience

• HND/Degree in Business Information Technology or relevant experience
• Experience or exposure to data management and classification, particularly export control & ITAR
• Knowledge of data analysis & data management techniques & tools
• Familiarity with the IT ecosystem, development lifecycle, and environments
• Experience in managing and multitasking across multiple projects
• Defining project deliverables, creating WBS & work packages
• Managing stakeholder communications via RASCI
• Preparing and maintaining roadmaps, project schedules, and RAID registers
• Working knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Trello, etc.)
• Strong customer-facing, organizational, teamwork, and conflict resolution skills
• Excellent documentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Candidates will need to undergo SC security clearance and be of British nationality & UK residence.

Location

• Normal office hours Monday to Friday with 3 days per week attendance at the Stevenage office.
