Barista

Rate: 13.50 per hour

We’re looking for our barista team to help cover full service hours 8am to 4pm — whether you’re seeking part-time, full-time, or flexible shifts, we’d love to hear from you!

Benefits include: free bus service for staff on the 21 or 460.

We’re seeking energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills and a passion for coffee. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and can make a perfect flat white, we want to hear from you.

As part of our contract catering team, you’ll serve more than just coffee — you’ll create a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Making high-quality coffees and hot drinks to order
• Providing friendly, professional service
• Supporting light food prep, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness
• Engaging with customers to enhance their experience
• Adhering to health, safety, and hygiene standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a café or as a barista (training available for the right candidate)
• A passion for coffee and customer service
• Reliability and teamwork skills
• A calm, positive attitude during busy times
• Flexibility for shifts, including mornings and lunch hours
