Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Endur Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, BAU support, and stakeholder management, along with hands-on experience with Endur.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide functional expertise in Endur, with 3-4 years of hands-on usage experience.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in various Endur modules across front, middle, and back office processes.
3. Collaborate closely with traders, business teams, and IT teams to understand requirements, resolve issues, and drive system improvements.
4. Support BAU (Business-As-Usual) operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing small fixes to enhance efficiency.
5. Understand and analyze the trade lifecycle, PnL, exposure, and reporting processes.
6. (Preferred) Experience in using and building in APM.
7. Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced trading environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

8-10 years of overall experience in Business Analysis.
Minimum 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Endur.
Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle, PnL, exposure, and reporting.
Experience in BAU support and working directly with traders/business teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
(Preferred) Familiarity with APM.
