Responsibilities of the TM Operations Manager

1. Scheduling workload based on priorities, skills, and resource availability for our in-house Traffic Management Operatives.
2. Ensuring daily whereabouts and compliance of operatives are documented.
3. Maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates and information, and updating internal systems accurately.
4. Managing Traffic Management Operatives to maximize productivity.
5. Supporting administrative tasks such as finance management, timesheet reconciliation, and invoice preparation.

What We Are Looking For

1. Experience in planning and scheduling resources under deadlines.
2. High-level knowledge and experience in Traffic Management.
3. Proficient in IT tools including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. Ability to work under pressure, remain calm, and pay close attention to detail.
