Job Title: Band 6 Community Diabetic Foot Podiatrist Location: West London (Health Centres)
Role Responsibilities: - Provide podiatric care to patients with diabetic foot conditions in a community setting - Deliver wound care, ulcer management, and preventative treatments - Work across health centres within West London - Manage a caseload independently while liaising with wider healthcare teams - Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
Essential Requirements: - Current HCPC registration - Diabetic foot care experience essential - Strong clinical assessment and wound care skills - Ability to manage own caseload independently - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Position Details: This locum role offers flexibility for up to 5 days per week (Tuesday to Friday, with possible Monday availability). The position is ongoing, with potential for long-term extension. Immediate start available.
