About us

WMG Academy Solihull is a thriving ‘business-like, business-led’ academy for aspiring young Engineers in key stages 4 & 5, emphasizing science, technology, engineering, and maths. We offer GCSEs including core subjects and A Levels or Technical qualifications, or both. Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a highly driven and passionate leader who can demonstrate exceptional professional practice and excellent student outcomes.

You will have:

  • QTS and at least 4 years of experience in a relevant teaching role.
  • Preferably a secondary education background.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development.
  • Experience of and working knowledge of English & Literacy in the National Curriculum.
  • The ability to maintain positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
