Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant

Location: Selfridges Trafford Centre

Contract: Permanent, 35 hours/week, any 5 in 7 days

Your role @CHANEL:

As a Fragrance & Beauty Sales Consultant, you are a key ambassador of CHANEL, embodying our values and DNA. Leveraging your experience, CHANEL will enable you to:

  1. Demonstrate passion and knowledge in Fragrance, Makeup, and Skincare
  2. Create authentic and personalized experiences for clients tailored to their needs
  3. Ensure excellence in client service following CHANEL's standards
  4. Build and maintain long-lasting relationships to increase client loyalty
  5. Contribute to sales performance using available tools and develop cross-category sales
  6. Maintain an omni-channel approach for seamless in-store and online experiences
  7. Participate in a collaborative and inclusive community to achieve goals
What you will bring to the role:
