Executive Assistant - UHNW investments - based in glorious offices in St. James's Square SW1

This is an exceptional opportunity for a polished EA at a senior level to be the lynchpin of this small US hub of a much larger company in LA. We are looking for a self-starter who might need a little flex because of other commitments but is happy to start at 9.30 and work from home on Fridays. You will be part of a small and very friendly, supportive team of 3 (Chief of Staff, COO, and Private PA) who may not always be in the office, so you should be comfortable working independently at times.

You will support a dynamic US Partner for 3 - 4 months of the year when he is in London (he has 3 EAs in LA) and assist the London COO when needed, while also ensuring the office is well-presented.

Warm and welcoming, you will be the face of the company, ensuring that many influential visitors are welcomed and looked after during their time with us (almost concierge in style).
