We are seeking talented individuals to join our Commercial Client Advisor teams at Marsh. These roles could be located across the South / South East / South West & London offices. This is a hybrid role requiring at least three days a week in the office.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in commercial insurance, experience as a Client Advisor or Broker, or within the Commercial Claims sector, who is looking to advance within a market-leading insurance broker.

We will count on you to:

  • Work with Client Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
  • Partner with Client Executives to meet sales goals.
  • Manage all aspects of account management and service delivery, ensuring client needs are met according to service standards.
  • Handle day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, and internal teams to provide excellent service and foster growth.
  • Serve as a primary contact for clients, addressing their questions to enhance their experience.
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of market conditions and comply with all relevant standards to serve clients effectively.

What you need to have:

  • Knowledge of commercial insurance across various products or experience in related areas like Contingency and PPL (public liability insurance).
  • Experience in policy document drafting.
  • Ambitious attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-facing and stakeholder management focus.

What makes you stand out:

  • Previous experience in commercial insurance.

Preferred but not required qualifications:

  • Cert CII qualification and progress towards ACII.
