Are you looking for your next challenge and want to shape the business intelligence function for one of the largest mental health and learning disability providers across the Country? CNTW are recruiting to a new post of an Associate Director for Performance and Business Intelligence. This is a senior position within the Trust and will lead the performance and business intelligence services function reporting to the Deputy Director of Transformation, Delivery and Performance.
We are looking for an individual who has significant experience in Business Intelligence and analytical functions across a complex organisation which can support the delivery and improvements in patient care. The successful candidate will have a passion for driving sound intelligence which supports and directs care delivery and improvements in performance, ideally with experience of mental health data/services.
The main duties of the job include:
· Offer strategic leadership in Data Science, Data Visualisation, Performance Management, and Health Care Analytics, predictive modelling and outcomes intelligence. Applying specialised expertise across these areas to drive innovation and improvement across our services and care delivery.
· Develop a culture of improvement and innovation across the performance and BI functions which impacts on service delivery and releasing time to care for front line teams.
· Lead on the development and implementation of systems and reporting structures which integrate workforce, activity and quality reporting for the Trust.
· To lead for the Trust on all external performance regulation frameworks including compliance with national data requirements and returns.
· Create the necessary joint working infrastructure across the performance and business intelligence services and other support services to lead a collaboration with clinical care groups to develop alternative models of care that offer greater benefits in supporting safe and effective patient care.
· Lead the creation and continued development of a Trustwide Strategy and Framework for Performance and Business Intelligence.
The successful postholder will lead and develop a team of interactive BI tool developers, information analysts and data quality improvement staff across one of the largest mental health and learning disability providers in the country.
