They aim to double the number of large businesses in the UK over the next five years by offering a comprehensive platform that includes a leading magazine, insightful podcasts, events, and a vibrant community of CEOs.

The Head of Business Growth & Partnerships, will lead the development and execution of high-value commercial relationships, focusing on long-term, bespoke partnerships with key organisations.

This role requires significant experience in securing large commercial deals and you will have the opportunity to build a new internal division, working closely with senior leadership and attracting top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategy for driving significant revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Identify and secure partnerships with organisations in sectors such as banking, finance, technology, and luxury brands.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closing.
  • Build and lead a team to support partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements.
  • Represent the company at industry events and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

Experience:

  • 10+ years in commercial partnerships, business development, or sponsorship sales, ideally in media or high-growth environments.
  • Proven success in securing high-value partnerships (£250K+ annual deals).
  • Strong network with decision-makers in relevant sectors.
