Requirements

What you’ll do:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a specialist in the Tech or Energy space, developing your knowledge within that area.

In training, you’ll undergo an intensive, award-winning training programme. After four weeks, you’ll graduate into an environment of learning, support, and success.

You will be trained in the recruitment process: candidate management, client relationships, sales, and negotiation. You’ll also have access to Nology’s tech training program, covering basics of agile, coding, and programming, to communicate confidently with candidates and clients.
