The Principle Clinical Education Specialist will work in liaison with the Manager of Internal Training & Education to primarily be responsible for educating and assessing internal staff in the field and education of new hires in the classroom by coordination and execution of continuing education modules & programs. Other areas include training & education of our Distributor Partners and supporting the clinical education team with physician education when the need arises.
The position will ensure that the field sales and clinical teams are educated in our therapies and in the correct set-up and use of AtriCure devices and equipment, ensuring that best practices are implemented by the team in the field. It is essential that the person is a subject matter expert and can both relay their knowledge and assess the performance of the field individuals.
As new and improvements to current therapies evolve, the post holder must have the ability to learn and adapt quickly to educate and assess the field teams in these areas.
This role has a big travel component throughout EMEA and the considered candidate can be based in either of the following countries: The Netherlands, Germany or the UK.
