About the role:

The Project Manager oversees several key functions within the Delivery arm of the organization. The goal is the successful implementation of projects to end users and to ensure Service Delivery processes are followed to meet business needs. A Project Manager identifies a client's needs and integrates the delivery of the services within the context of the business. This position is stakeholder-facing and requires establishing and managing expectations within the business to a high standard.

Responsibilities

1. Maintain thorough understanding of how the platform is used and configured
2. Integrate software based on agreed Statement of Work with clients
3. Develop comprehensive project plans and issues trackers to be shared with clients and internal stakeholders
4. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution
5. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
6. Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
7. Build relationships with clients in a spirit of partnership

Requirements

• 5+ years' experience in Implementation or Project Management roles
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Skilled at anticipating and solving problems, with an understanding of complex process flows
• Proactive and flexible team player
• Ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
• Ability to liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders and third parties/vendors
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Understanding of file transformation, data normalization, connectivity protocols (MQ, FTP, FIX), messaging formats (XML, FIX, JSON, Proto), and SQL

Advantages

Previous experience in Financial Services and/or Technology Start-ups is a plus.
