This Clinical Data Management Resource Coordinator will be responsible overall resourcing for the transition of key Data Management processes and technology across a large portfolio of studies. Ensure and maintain close coordination with both internal and external partners to effectively resource a pool of Programmers, Validators, Technical Designers, Data Team Leads and Data Managers for upward of 100+ resources. Provide leadership to the transition team to resource in alignment with study transition timelines, monitor progress and highlight any resourcing risks on an ongoing basis. Must have the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders including Sponsor and other external partners. This is a dynamic role which requires the ability to support, deliver, analyze, negotiate, influence and report accurately for within a fast-paced portfolio.

Essential Functions:
• Gather project resourcing requirements through discussion and communication with relevant stakeholders (both internal and external).
• Ability to identify resourcing risks, develop mitigations and communicate proactively with the relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure assignment of appropriate resources based on demand across all functions.
• Communicate accurate resourcing assignments across all functions involved during the project transition.
• Define and develop resourcing reports/tools to align resource requirements with the various activities during the project transition.
• Tracks and monitors project progress to accurately identify resourcing needs in accordance with the transition budget to identify change order requirements accordingly.
• Lead cross-company resourcing by working closely with the sponsor and external team members to identify resource solutions.
• Lead meetings with internal and external parties as required.
• Be compliant to with the required trainings and eSOP reading.
• Ability to collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Excellent coordination, project management and communication skills and ability to track and manage work assignment/ resourcing requirements.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Customer management skills.
• Perform other duties as directed by Line Manager.
• Data Management knowledge would be beneficial but is not essential.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or educational equivalent, in health, clinical, biological or mathematical sciences, or related field
  • Experience in CRO or pharmaceuticals industry.
  • Previous experience and proven competence in managing delivery of multiple projects
  • Previous experience of handling customer negotiations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service, and teamwork skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers and customers
