About this role:

We provide the platform and tools to help independent restaurants move online and reach a significantly broader customer base – to generate increased orders and grow their businesses.

We also provide insights, advice, and support our growing community needs to satisfy customers and help raise standards across a vibrant takeaway sector.

As a Field Account Manager, you will be fully accountable for the development and growth of your area, driving both consumer choice and activated takeaway restaurants to maximise Just Eat orders. You will also act as a trusted advisor to our partners in your territory.

Location: Edinburgh (Field-based & home-based)

Key responsibilities:
  1. Maximise the potential of existing JUST EAT Takeaway Restaurants through building significant and mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
  2. Educate Restaurant Partners to provide the best possible customer service and experience to their JET consumers.
  3. Play an integral role in the onboarding process of all new signings, ensuring that all new restaurants are visited within 14 days of going online and are optimised for success.
  4. Prioritise order growth via activated restaurants, as the measure of success, and mentor Restaurant Partners on the vital steps to achieve this in their business.
  5. Use internal platforms (Salesforce, Restaurant Manager) to identify key opportunities for Restaurant Partner growth and find opportunities to drive personal efficiencies.
  6. Leverage data and internal tools to identify growth opportunities and develop effective strategies.

  • Sharp attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • A keen interest in food and the restaurant industry
  • An exceptional work ethic and the desire to make a difference
  • Full clean UK driving licence
