HR Advisor - Rawtenstall, Bury, Immediate Start - Possibly leading to permanent - £20.48 p/h

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support a specialty materials leader involved in mission-critical systems such as battery technologies, electric vehicles, filtration media, and specialty insulation materials. These innovations help reduce fossil fuel consumption, save energy, and promote greener living.

The company operates 60 manufacturing facilities with over 9,000 skilled employees worldwide.

As an HR Advisor, you will have strong experience in HR functions within a manufacturing environment, often taking sole responsibility for the Rawtenstall site, Bury.

The role offers a hybrid working model: office-based from Monday to Thursday and work from home on Fridays.

Working hours are 09:00 - 17:00, with some flexibility possible.

The initial contract is for 3 months, with a good chance of becoming permanent.

The hourly rate is £20.48, paid weekly in arrears. Benefits include 28 days holiday accrual and access to support from a dedicated Account Manager and relevant technology through Blue Arrow.

Applicants should have relevant experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment and hold a minimum of CIPD Level 3 qualification.
