Job description

The Fairlie Healthcare Group, established in 1999, is a leading provider of high-quality care specializing in caring for adults with neurological conditions, tracheostomies, and ventilator support.

We operate three homes: Fairlie House in West Norwood (45 beds), Highfield House in Purley (45 beds), and Woodstown House in Banstead (40 beds), which opened in April 2021. All have achieved the highest rating from the Care Quality Commission, and we aim to maintain our 'Outstanding' rating.

Scope

We are seeking an outstanding Therapist Assistant to work as part of our multidisciplinary team, supporting qualified therapists under supervision.

What will my duties be?
  1. Enable or restore patients to the highest possible level of independence and support their families.
  2. Support registered physiotherapists clinically and administratively in providing high-quality services.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines for multidisciplinary interventions.
  4. Adhere to the professional standards of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  5. Implement research and evidence-based practices as introduced by physiotherapists.
What do I need to be successful?

Applicants should have the following attributes:

  1. Full right to work in the UK without sponsorship (we are not accepting student visa or skilled worker visa candidates).
  2. Previous experience or qualification (qualified PT if not yet HCPC registered).
  3. Ability to work well within a team.
