In our Estate Services Officer role, you’ll be providing a high-quality service throughout Amplius accommodations within our projects and schemes. You will play a critical role as part of a team to ensure the service(s) is managed effectively and efficiently whilst supporting and promoting dignity and general wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.
Location: North East Lincolnshire HRS
Salary: Up to £28,125.08 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Your week: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
