In our Estate Services Officer role, you’ll be providing a high-quality service throughout Amplius accommodations within our projects and schemes. You will play a critical role as part of a team to ensure the service(s) is managed effectively and efficiently whilst supporting and promoting dignity and general wellbeing of our customers and colleagues.

Location: North East Lincolnshire HRS
Salary: Up to £28,125.08 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Your week: 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8am – 4pm, Friday 8am – 3.30pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

Snapshot of your role

This is what your day will look like as our Estate Services Officer role:

  • Undertake minor repairs within the communal areas.
  • Report any repairs beyond the capabilities of the post-holder to the Works Supervisor.
  • Carry out minor repairs as directed by the Works Supervisor.
  • Carry out regular inspections to communal areas and report any damage to the Works Supervisor.

Your toolkit for success

To thrive in our Estate Services Officer role, you’ll need:

  • To hold a full UK driving licence and/or access to a vehicle.
  • Experience of carrying our cleaning, maintenance, decoration and repair work within a similar work environment.
  • To be able to provide a wide range of services including painting, decorating, cleaning, minor joinery and plumbing work.

The ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative to timescales and achieve results.

Please note that having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role to visit our customers.
