Key responsibilities of a Lettings Valuation Manager

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our lettings portfolio by generating new business opportunities, attending property listings, and securing new landlord clients. Your ability to identify potential leads, build relationships, and convert opportunities into business will be instrumental in achieving company objectives.

Skills and experience required

• Estate Agency experience, preferably as a Lister, Valuer, or Lettings Negotiator. Candidates with Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent experience seeking progression are also encouraged to apply.
• Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
• Outstanding customer care and customer service skills
• Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
• A Full UK driving licence
