Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a leading supplier of forklift truck attachments. Due to an internal promotion, they are now looking to recruit a new Area Sales/Key Account Manager to cover and develop their client base across the South of England. With a strong package, this is a great opportunity for either an experienced forklift sales professional or a sales professional from a related industry in capital equipment to develop their career in an account management focused position.
Responsibilities
Requirements
You will ideally have a background of selling into the forklift industry and therefore have an understanding of the distribution process. Candidates from either forklift attachments or batteries would be of particular interest, as would candidates with a background in sweepers/cleaning equipment. Candidates directly from the forklift truck market are also of interest as long as they have an appreciation of the route to market and a strong technical understanding. As the role covers the South of England, a candidate from anywhere across Greater London or the South East will be suitable in terms of location.
