Our client is a well-established, large organisation in the business sector, located in Coventry looking for a HR Assistant. Renowned for their high-quality facilities management services, they maintain a significant presence across the UK.

Job Description

  1. Assist in the administration of employee wellness schemes.
  2. Support the recruitment process by advertising positions, drafting job descriptions, liaising with agencies, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  3. Prepare documents for new staff and assist in the onboarding programme.
  4. Help in delivering and organising training across the firm.
  5. Maintain compliance and client care records, organise compliance reviews, and meetings.
  6. Assist in the preparation for Practising certificates, accreditation renewals, and insurance renewals.

The Successful Applicant

  • HR experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Effective planning and task prioritisation skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to work well within a team or with various stakeholders.
  • Can commute to Coventry.
