We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Service Delivery Consultant to join our team. The primary aim is to deliver exceptional technical services and support for Ideagen’s Devonway product, ensuring customers achieve maximum value from our remote services. This involves reviewing customer processes, documentation, and requirements to deliver billable technical services that drive success. The Consultant will leverage product knowledge to collaborate with customers and support sales, marketing, and professional services departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Devonway Technical Services and Support, along with other Ideagen products as required.
• Build effective relationships with clients as a trusted partner.
• Execute technical work scope as provided by customers.
• Provide remote delivery, training, and support for Ideagen Devonway.
• Manage Devonway technical projects from start to finish.
• Provide business intelligence to improve products and services.
• Support sales and marketing teams with advice, conferences, and software demos.
• Assist with personnel training and onsite projects if needed.
• Create and manage documentation through the QHSE Management System.
• Support the QHSE Quality Lead and Management System.
• Assist in creating new Devonway services.
• Willing to travel occasionally to the office.

Skills and Experience

• Industry experience relevant to Ideagen and customer needs.
• Experience with Jira, AWS, Salesforce/PSA tools.
• Interest in learning new Ideagen products.
• Proficiency in MS T-SQL.
• Basic programming concepts understanding.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience creating knowledge base articles.
• Solution testing skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
