Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid - 3 days office, 2 days remote)

Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 DOE + benefits

As they continue to expand their presence, they're seeking a Social Media Manager to elevate their digital community and engage a broader audience across various social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and Pinterest
• Create compelling content (images, videos, copy) that aligns with the brand's identity and trends
• Manage the content calendar, ensuring regular and timely posts
• Monitor engagement, track performance, and refine strategies based on data insights
• Collaborate with design teams to create dynamic visuals and social assets
• Engage with followers, answer comments, and foster an active community
• Work with marketing and PR teams on product launches and campaigns

What We're Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within fashion, retail, or lifestyle sectors
• Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools
• Excellent written and visual content creation skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for trends and audience engagement
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus
