Your responsibilities

Your responsibilities will vary, but some will include:

1. Preparing annual budgets for effective financial planning.
2. Providing weekly cash flow updates.
3. Conducting monthly P&L and cash updates for comprehensive financial insights.
4. Evaluating and implementing cost optimization programs.
5. Reviewing intercompany and external loans to ensure financial health.
6. Supporting sales and operations teams.
7. Leading working capital management.
8. Managing financial planning related to human resources.

What we expect from you

You should possess an exceptional work ethic with a high sense of urgency, relentless drive, and a desire to excel. You take ownership, are proactive, and follow through on commitments. Humility and passion for building and executing new businesses are also essential. Additionally, we expect that you have:

1. An accounting background, ideally with more than two years of experience from a Big Four firm.
2. Experience as CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Director in a small or medium-sized business.
3. UK work permit.
4. Background in media and conferences industries is preferred but not mandatory.
