The Role: Trainee Sales Executive

Salary: £12.25 per hour + bonus

Location: Newport

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days out of 7 - includes weekend working

Length of program: Typically 12 months*

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence

What will you be doing?

• The program lasts about twelve months, with modules completed at your own pace, depending on your progress.
• Upon passing all training, you will progress to a Sales Executive with £40,000 pa OTE.
• Your buddy will be a previous Trainee Sales Executive.
• You will shadow experienced Sales Executives and receive feedback.
• Experience various departments on-site, including Customer & Preparation.
• Explore wider parts of the business in our head office departments.
• Work a day in the life of a Trainee Sales Executive at other stores to share best practices.
• Participate in knowledge quizzes across the business.
