Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored English and Maths tutoring to Key Stage 3 students with Special Educational Needs
• Create individualised learning plans to address students' specific challenges and learning goals
• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to enhance students' understanding and academic performance
• Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to support their development
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student learning

Minimum Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs
• Demonstrated expertise in teaching English and Maths at Key Stage 3 level
• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a SEN setting
• Strong understanding of SEN support strategies and interventions
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organisational skills to maintain accurate records of student progress

Additional Information
