In the UK, we are proud to have been recognized in the Sunday Times 'Best Places to Work 2023', one of only 11 in the 'very large' employers category.

The role

The supervisor is our brand ambassador, overseeing the busy sales floor, motivating the sales team to drive sales and excel in customer service, and supporting the creation of memorable experiences for our customers.

This role requires enjoying a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure retail environment. You will share product knowledge, run coaching sessions, and ensure smooth store operations. Supervisors will set personal KPIs and sales targets, leading by example.

What to expect from the role
Sales floor
  • Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed them
  • Conduct store walks, understand visual merchandising's impact on sales
  • Monitor store sales figures
  • Handle escalated customer complaints
Personal sales
  • Achieve and surpass individual and store sales targets through effective selling skills
  • Build strong relationships with customers by providing exemplary service and personalized approaches
Store operations
  • Act as key holder, ensuring proper opening/closing procedures
  • Manage cashing up and till reconciliation
  • Assist with administrative duties, recruitment, and investigations if needed
  • Support product and POS deliveries
  • Handle financial transactions and escalations
  • Follow security policies to ensure safety
The successful candidate

Our supervisors are brand ambassadors. The ideal candidate is highly capable, passionate about teamwork, and committed to delivering an unforgettable Pandora in-store experience.

Experience with leading brands or consumer retail is preferred. If you are a senior sales assistant or current supervisor seeking a new challenge, this could be your opportunity. We value core values of dreaming, daring, caring, and delivering.

Ideal candidate qualities include:
  • Proven sales and profitability driving experience
  • Passion for exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and enthusiasm for Pandora
  • Well-presented with a passion for retail and desirable products

  • Annual jewellery uniform allowance
  • Employee discount
  • Access to retail, hospitality, and entertainment discounts
  • Support services through 'Retail Trust'
  • Parties, incentives, and gifts throughout the year
