Sous Chef - Monday to Friday
Salary: £39,000 per annum
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Near Farringdon Station

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and leading the team.
• Oversee food preparation and presentation, ensuring consistent quality and creativity.
• Contribute to menu planning and execution of fresh, seasonal dishes.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and reduce waste to meet budget targets.
