Job description

Senior Electrical Engineer (hybrid)

Location: Sunderland or Adlington, UK

Salary: £45,000-£55,000

Jackson Hogg is delighted to be working with a specialist in bulk material handling systems across a wide range of sectors including tunnelling. They are now looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to be part of this strong team and work on exciting projects.

This is a permanent, hybrid position, located either at the Sunderland or Adlington site.

Senior Electrical Engineer Key Requirements:

  1. HNC in Electrical and/or Controls Engineering.
  2. Experience leading a team of electrical engineers in a contract environment.
  3. Experience carrying out the detail design, specification and procurement of electrical and control systems associated with material handling systems.
  4. Experience using AutoCAD, Amtech, or Trimble.
  5. Assessment, Design and Selection of electrical distribution, control and protection schemes.
  6. Experience in value engineering processes and continuous improvement.
  7. Experienced with Microsoft Office software.
