About the role

As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams, and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.

  • Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey.
  • Bringing your vibrant personality into the day-to-day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community.

What you’ll need to have
  • Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist.
  • Additional registration with the relevant NHS body.
  • Fluent speaking English.
  • Passion for patient care.

Need To Know

We are looking for a passionate and friendly Optometrist to join us in Glenrothes!

This is a small busy freestanding practice with 2 testing rooms, fitted with both Phoropters and OCT and 30-minute testing time.

You will be working alongside a talented, experienced, and close-knit team of 8 with several members with over 10+ years of experience, and one with 20+ years. This team includes 1 other resident Optometrist.

Our store opening hours are Monday-Saturday 9-5.30pm and 11-4pm on Sundays.

Great transport links close by and if you are coming by car, there is parking for only £1.
