Housing Project Architect

Although this is a relatively new studio, they are working on some incredibly exciting large scale projects in both the UK and the Middle East. They are now actively seeking a Project Architect who has strong UK housing experience and can help deliver a substantial planning application for a London residential scheme.

Candidates will need to have ideally worked on similar scale projects with a leading AJ100 practice and superb design skills.

Skills and experience required:

1. around 5 years post part 3
2. ideally strong Rhino and Revit
3. excellent design background
4. experience working on similar design-led housing projects
5. strong planning experience

The office offers flexible working with 3 days minimum in the office.
