The Job
- Meeting and greeting on-site visitors establishing good relationships and “Helping” our customers achieve their dream move
- Providing advice and information regarding the properties and site
- Capturing contact details and discussing and upselling additional services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing and other additional services
- Maintaining contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face ensuring we “out-passion” our competition
- Liaising and communicating with Developers and estate agency branch colleagues
The Person
- You must be available to work flexible days, including weekends and bank holidays, which are our busiest times, generally between the hours of 10am and 5pm
- Experienced in New Homes site sales
- This role may suit workers who have retired although as an equal opportunities employer we welcome applications from all suitably experienced candidates
- Responsible, reliable, smart in appearance with great people and communication skills and truly exceptional customer service
