Electrical Project Manager

Role: Electrical Project Manager

Salary: £60-£65k per annum.

Location: West Yorkshire

The package: Company Pension, Vehicle or vehicle allowance

The Role

We are working with an expanding M&E contracting organisation who are looking for a mechanical project engineer to deliver projects up to £4m Electrically.

You will be working closely with the main contractor and end client. The company self-delivers most of the works and uses specialist sub-contractors and price work sub-contractors on packages.

You will report directly to the senior contracts manager.

Sectors include: retail, education, office blocks, and commercial building services. There are plenty of framework agreements and long-standing relationships with large builders.

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

1. HNC or HND in Building Services is beneficial
2. Time served apprenticeship if not holding the above
3. Strong time management skills
4. Strong people skills
5. Strong commercial skills

The role will suit somebody who is hungry to progress with an ever-expanding order book of strong and stable clients.
