Your Purpose:

1. Lead and oversee the delivery of a major HVDC converter station, subsea cable, or marine EPC projects.
2. Manage contractor and OEM relationships, ensuring technical and commercial alignment.
3. Implement project controls, risk management, and change control processes.
4. Ensure effective interface management between OEM suppliers, EPC contractors, marine contractors, and transmission operators.
5. Lead a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring coordination across procurement, engineering, and construction.
6. Monitor budget, schedule, and performance metrics, proactively addressing risks and delays.
7. Provide regular reporting and stakeholder updates, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.

What you can bring:

1. Extensive experience in project management of large-scale EPC or OEM contracts, ideally in HVDC converter stations, subsea cables, or marine infrastructure.
2. Strong understanding of HVDC technology, subsea infrastructure, and high-voltage power transmission.
3. Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects, managing OEM suppliers, EPC contractors, and key interfaces.
4. Experience in risk management, project controls, and contract management, particularly under FIDIC contracts.
5. Strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
6. Ability to manage interface risks, particularly between HVDC suppliers, marine contractors, and transmission operators.
7. Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline; PMP, APM, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
