Job description

RBW are currently partnered with an extremely exciting biotechnology that are currently looking for a Senior DMPK Scientist to join their rapidly expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced DMPK scientist to take responsibility of all discovery and preclinical development DMPK activities.

Responsibilities:

• Design, analyse and interpret all in vitro ADME and in vivo PK studies across variety of indications
• Act as the DMPK project representative to provide results and communicate data to cross functional teams to across the organisation
• Oversee completion of all DMPK studies at CROs
• Contribute to first in human dose predictions
• Support the preparation of study protocols and DMPK aspects of regulatory documents

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years industry experience
• DMPK representative background from early discovery through to preclinical development.
• A strong understanding of PK/PD and ADME concepts
• Ability to conduct PK analysis with the use of Phoenix WinNonlin.
