Job description

Primary Responsibility:

Responsible for the oversight, administration, and maintenance of all Catholic Charities properties, including all phases of construction. The role also involves teaching, training, and supervising participants of the working program. The Director of Maintenance & CC Working Program will collaborate with management, vendors, and contractors regarding the placement, expansion, renovation, or closure of agency facilities. The position requires performing cost estimates and space allocation analysis, as well as supervising department staff and coordinating staff coverage across all related areas.

Knowledge/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • At least five years of management experience within a facilities setting required.
  • Knowledge of community resources and ability to establish and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • Knowledge of recovery and/or experience working with the recovery community.
  • Ability to teach and perform basic maintenance tasks, including landscaping, painting, small repairs, and other non-licensed tasks.
