About the Role

Our lifeguards are responsible for ensuring guest safety and providing excellent customer service at Splash Waterworld. They promote and run poolside activities to create memorable experiences.

This role offers contracts ranging from 24 to 35 hours per week, with start dates between 1st April and 1st July, and runs through to 8th September, ideal for students. Availability for a mix of midweek, weekend, and evening shifts is required.

About You

You should be confident, friendly, and able to engage with all ages. A strong swimming ability and attention to detail are essential for guest safety. Reliability, flexibility, and punctuality are important, especially for supervising areas independently.

Applicants must pass a swim test, including swimming 50m in under 75 seconds, treading water, surface diving, and unaided exit from the pool. Parental permission is required for under 18s. Existing lifeguard qualifications are a plus, but we will provide NPLQ training if needed.
