Demi Chef de Partie - Butcher

The Demi Chef de Partie - Butcher is responsible for preparing and cooking meat dishes according to recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of butchery techniques and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meat dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all safety and health regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent in 4* or 5* hotels.
  • Clear culinary career progression from qualification to entry level position.
  • Strong understanding of butchery techniques.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Cruise ship experience is a plus.
  • Must be over 21 years old.
  • Must be fully Covid-19 vaccinated.
