The Demi Chef de Partie - Butcher is responsible for preparing and cooking meat dishes according to recipes and standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of butchery techniques and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meat dishes according to recipes and standards.
Work with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety and health regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or equivalent in 4* or 5* hotels.
Clear culinary career progression from qualification to entry level position.
Strong understanding of butchery techniques.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
