Lunalogic UK is looking for an E-Trading Support Analyst with Python skills to join one of its Investment Banks' clients.
The team is responsible for providing support for the internal pricing application within the e-trading components. The main mission is to handle user requests, align processes and procedures, and maintain a high level of quality for the production systems. This position is based in London.
Responsibilities:
Incident and Problem Management: Manage incidents and problems from start to finish. Ensure all support issues are correctly logged, diagnose issues, and identify their causes.
Application Monitoring and Follow-Up: Monitor applications and follow up on issues.
Knowledge Management and Documentation: Maintain documentation and knowledge base.
Contribute to the capacity management of in-scope applications by proactively monitoring application behavior trends and alerting Application Production teams.
Maintenance and Enhancements: Perform maintenance tasks and implement enhancements.
Other Projects and Specific Tasks: Automation and optimization tasks.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate from a top university or engineering school.
Strong communication skills (ability to clearly explain technical issues).
Analytical skills.
Ability to work with trading desks, business management, and IT teams to build and deliver solutions.
Excellent spoken and written English and French.
Strong IT skills in Python and VBA.
Soft Skills:
Strong desire to investigate and resolve issues in both the short and long term.
