Job summary

Superdrug is looking for an E-Store Sales Adviser to pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision while also helping customers on the shop floor. This role offers flexible hours and a friendly team environment at the Preston location.

You’ll contribute to excellent customer service, assist with restocking, and support the online and in-store experience. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or online order fulfilment is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders with accuracy.

Hours: 8 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible

Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 Per Hour

As an E-Store Sales Assistant, you'll be making sure every online order is picked, packed, and sent out with precision and care. Accuracy is key, and you'll take pride in delivering outstanding service for our online customers.

But that's not all... you'll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you're restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it's all about great service and great vibes.
