Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Crewe is seeking an E-Store Sales Adviser. You will pick, pack and dispatch online orders with precision, and deliver outstanding service to online customers.

On the shop floor you’ll restock shelves and assist in-store customers with a friendly, can-do attitude. Training is provided for piercing services if you choose to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or online order fulfilment.
• Ability to handle in-store and online customer interactions.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack and dispatch online orders accurately.
• Assist customers on the shop floor with a friendly manner.
• Restock shelves and help customers find products.
• Provide great service and positive vibes.

Hours:12 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible-Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £9.75 - £13.00 Per Hour

As an E-Store Sales Assistant, you’ll be making sure every online order is picked, packed, and sent out with precision and care. Accuracy is key, and you’ll take pride in delivering outstanding service for our online customers.

But that's not all... you’ll also be out on the shop floor, bringing the same energy to our in-store customers. Whether you’re restocking shelves or helping someone find exactly what they need, it’s all about great service and great vibes.
