The Agenda for Change rostering team at Royal Surrey NHS Trust is looking for a motivated and reliable individual to support the team in the administration of the e-Rostering system. You will be part of a small team delivering high quality service to all Agenda for Change staff in the Trust. If you are able to manage your own workload, enjoy problem solving and are looking for a new challenge then apply for this role.
You will be providing day to day maintenance of the e-Rostering system, including adding new records, making amendments and processing updates. You will also be troubleshooting queries from system users, providing a high level of customer service, resolving issues promptly and smoothly. You will develop strong working relationships across the trust and with external software providers, liaising with stakeholders to provide excellent customer service. Your role will support the e-Rostering team during system upgrades and improvement projects. Experience working in a fast-paced environment would be an advantage. You will also be organising training sessions, working with the team to ensure these run smoothly and that training materials are available.

JOB PURPOSE
To provide specialised knowledge and technical expertise to all users of e-Rostering across the organisation both clinical and non-clinical.
To provide a high level of customer service and excellent communication skills to all users of e-Rostering.
2.1 JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will be responsible for the provision, maintenance, operational and system support of the e-Rostering system.
The post holder will be expected to act on their own initiative and manage their workload in order to achieve expected results within agreed timeframes.
The post holder will ensure that confidential and sensitive information in relation to patients and staff is kept secure, and will follow the policies and procedures for the Department and the Trust.
