Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, or similar.
• 3–5 years in training, instructional design, learning experience design, or content development, ideally in a global/multicultural environment.
• Proficient with eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe CS, Vyond.
• Knowledge of SCORM/xAPI and data reporting in Excel.
• Experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo) and digital learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end courseware, including interactive modules, ILT materials, simulations, videos and assessments.
• Administer and support the LMS for onboarding and global learners; coordinate ILT sessions.
• Create reports/dashboards to measure learner engagement and training impact.
• Drive continuous improvement through learner feedback and performance data.
