Job Opportunity: E-learning Manager

We are seeking a passionate leader with expertise in learning design, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), and client management to join our social enterprise. This senior role offers the opportunity to influence learning innovation and make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities:

• Develop cutting-edge learning solutions focused on delivering exceptional learner experiences aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in learning theories, adult learning principles, and psychology.
• Strategic thought leadership in learning design.
• Proven success in developing e-learning programs demonstrating UX/UI and instructional design expertise.
• Leadership skills to manage a team and external agencies.
• Commercial awareness and demand generation.
• Product management experience.

Additional Details:

• This role is based in Bristol, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office; open to discussions about 1 day per week.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Salary up to £53,000.
