The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented eLearning developer to help us to transform the way people learn.
This is a permanent full-time role, working 40 hours per week.

Operam Academy has strong brand recognition for engaging content that makes the complex seem simple and values peoples time. We have ambitious plans for new content that will add greater value to our customers. Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Application Process

Whilst the job posting is open, potential candidates will be invited to submit a cover letter outlining their interest in, and suitability for the role, and share their portfolio of work for review.
When the job posting closes, a longlist of potential candidates will be invited to join a 15 minute introductory call, during which you will be asked some administrative questions, and you will be able to ask any questions you may have.
A shortlist of potential candidates will then be called back for interview, where you will be asked a series of competency-based questions and required to walk us through your portfolio of work and field questions on what you present. Details will be provided prior to the interview.
If no further call backs are needed, then the successful candidate will be made an offer.
