Job summary

Coherent is seeking a skilled content developer to support training programs and digital learning initiatives. You will assist in instructional design, analyze learning data, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve e-learning content.

The role includes managing onboarding and department trainings via the LMS, ensuring a seamless experience for learners, instructors, and administrators in a hybrid workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Technology, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5 years in training, instructional design, or content development in global environments.
• Proficient with eLearning tools (Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Suite, Vyond).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
• Familiarity with SCORM and xAPI; data analysis in Excel; experience with LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end courseware including interactive modules and assessments.
• Create scripts, storyboards, and materials aligned with ADDIE and Bloom’s taxonomy.
• Quality reviews for accuracy, consistency, and standards compliance.
• Manage LMS administration and global onboarding training processes.
• Coordinate ILT sessions; track attendance and learner records.
• Produce reports and dashboards to measure engagement and training effectiveness.
