Job summary

Lenzing AG in Grimsby, UK, seeks an experienced E&I Technician to support the Electrical Engineering team. You will perform day-to-day maintenance, optimise plant OEE, and ensure safe production of fibre.

Responsibilities include following SWPs and permit-to-work, recording equipment condition in SAP, and assisting with root cause analysis and improvements. You will work closely with senior engineers and maintenance teams to enhance availability and efficiency.

Qualifications

Time-served E&I Technician with an understanding of process plant operations.
Numerate and computer literate with SAP knowledge.
Able to work with permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day E&I maintenance to maximise plant OEE and safe production.
Follow Safe Working Procedures (SWPs), permits to work and risk assessments.
Record and communicate equipment condition using SAP.
Scope, identify and procure materials for maintenance tasks.
Supervise contractors during planned maintenance outages and ensure safety and standards.
Contribute to root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Maintain housekeeping, hygiene and quality at all times.
