Job summary

CPI Innovation Services Trust Limited is seeking an E&I Maintenance Technician to join our Operations Support Team at the Wilton facilities, with occasional work at other sites. You will perform calibration, preventative maintenance, fault finding and upgrades to maximise equipment reliability and uptime, while complying with safety and regulatory standards.

Based in Redcar, this full-time, permanent role offers the chance to work on diverse technologies and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualifications

Experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance within a process, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
Fault-finding and diagnostic skills across electrical and instrumentation systems.
Experience with installation, calibration, preventative maintenance, and plant modifications.

Responsibilities

Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical and instrumentation systems.
Diagnosing faults and completing repairs to minimise equipment downtime.
Performing calibration, testing and commissioning activities.
Supporting equipment installation, modification and upgrade projects.
Maintaining accurate maintenance records using the CMMS.
Working collaboratively with engineering, operations and project teams to deliver safe, reliable plant performance.
Ensuring all work complies with Health & Safety, Quality, GMP and regulatory requirements.
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment reliability and maintenance practices.
